Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years in data analytics or related fields, with 2+ years providing technical guidance to teams.
• Experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably subscription-based models.
• Expertise in analytics and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong ability to communicate technical details and high-level business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in Tableau and Snowflake to drive data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Analytics: Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategy.
• Process Automation: Develop SQL/Python automation and workflow tools (Airflow, dbt) to monitor data quality and alert stakeholders in real time.
• E-commerce Focus: Drive insights on customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within a subscription-based model.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to align business needs with data initiatives and drive execution.
