Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Senior Product/Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decisions that impact product growth and marketing ROI. You will analyze complex datasets, design experiments, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize business performance.

Ideal candidates are data-driven storytellers with commercial insight and strong technical skills, including Python, SQL, and AWS, working in a remote, globally distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in statistics, mathematics, economics, CS; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in product/marketing analytics with measurable business impact.
• Strong statistics: hypothesis testing, regression, time series.
• SQL proficiency and large data handling.
• Experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate).
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ecommerce; subscriptions a plus.
• Technical stack: Python, Git, AWS, Tableau/Streamlit, Prefect/Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage, user behavior and marketing performance for growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with product/marketing to define metrics and run experiments.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform strategy.
• Build data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analysis.
• Identify data anomalies and trends impacting product/marketing outcomes.
• Present findings and translate data into business recommendations.
