Job summary

IGO Digital High Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and User Growth. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, challenging assumptions and guiding strategic decisions for gaming, eCommerce, and digital products.

You will lead end-to-end analyses, build data-driven strategies, and advance analytics infrastructure across the organization, enabling informed decisions and enhanced business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with complex queries and data aggregation.
• Experience with Hive, MaxCompute, Spark or similar big data platforms.
• Strong Python or R skills for analytics and modeling.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Foundational knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Solid Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business areas and identify problems through data analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate drivers, and identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end analyses and present actionable recommendations.
• Develop data products, dashboards, and business monitoring systems.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and User Growth teams.
• Document methodologies and promote a data-driven culture.
