Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking a Data Analyst who can gather, scrutinize, transform, and analyze data to meet business requirements. You will understand problems, conduct the full data analysis process, and present data-driven decisions to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define issues, guiding junior analysts, delivering end-to-end data solutions, and sharing insights with clients to influence strategic choices.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation; strong statistical skills.
• Experience with predictive analytics and BI tools.
• Excellent client relations and presentation skills.

Job description

As a Data Analyst, you must have the skills to gather, scrutinize, transform, and analyze data according to business requirements. You must have a high business acumen, and can maintain good stakeholder relations while also being knowledgeable in the technical skills needed in the data profession. The role starts with understanding the business problem, going through the entire data analysis process with assistance from other data/business professionals as needed, and then presenting the data-driven business decision to the key stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Works with key stakeholders to understand the operational problem of the business, analyzes the problem domain and validates requirements
• Can work independently with minimal supervision on a project
• Can guide junior analysts to complete project deliverables
• Leads the completion of project deliverables: collects, transforms, and organizes necessary data from multiple sources; analyzes, designs, visualizes and shares insights that drive data-driven decisions.
• Regularly works with other business professionals and subject matter experts for support and feedback
• Handles and manages projects with multiple stakeholders and delivers quality output in a timely manner
• Generates insights and presents recommendations to clients
  

Qualifications
