The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with strong pre-sales and solution consulting experience, plus the ability to drive revenue through compelling presentations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with pre-sales or technical sales.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity services within integrators or MSSPs.
• Experience in proposal preparation, solution presentations, and technical defense.
• Broad knowledge across SOC, managed security, GRC, and IT/OT security.
• Able to support revenue-generating activities and sales targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full pre-sales lifecycle for cybersecurity opportunities, from requirements understanding through proposal submission and client presentations.
• Serve as the primary technical SME during pre-sales engagements and lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop high-level cybersecurity solution architectures covering managed services, SOC, GRC, and IT/OT security.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including bid defenses, workshops, and client meetings.
• Support Key Account Managers and Market teams in shaping opportunities for closure.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure feasible proposals aligned with service capabilities.
• Engage with technology partners to build integrated solutions and joint value propositions.
• Contribute to positioning Indra's cybersecurity portfolio at client forums and industry events.
