A Senior Operations Specialist at Aeven Group will own and optimize CyberArk PAM operations, focusing on day-to-day administration, access governance, and platform health. You will partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications teams to safeguard privileged access across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations or security with hands-on CyberArk PAM experience, implementing password rotation, safes, and user access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or security; 2-3 years CyberArk PAM admin.
• Experience managing privileged accounts, safes, password rotation, and user access administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts and safes; administer CyberArk PAM environments.
• Configure safes, privileged accounts, users, roles, and access policies.
• Onboard accounts, rotate passwords, reconcile vaults; monitor PAM health.
• Troubleshoot PAM incidents and service requests; support maintenance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on secure privileged access.
