Job summary

Kroll Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled CyberArk Administrator to join the IAM team. You will manage the PAM environment, onboard privileged accounts, and enforce password rotation and access controls to meet security and audit requirements.

You will work with Infrastructure, Security Operations, Application, and Audit teams to ensure compliant operations while monitoring system health and maintaining runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 2-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of privileged account management concepts and best practices.
• Experience onboarding accounts, platforms, and applications into CyberArk.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication technologies.
• Experience with password management, access controls, and security governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the CyberArk PAM platform.
• Manage CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, and Digital Vault.
• Onboard privileged accounts, applications, databases, network devices, and service accounts into CyberArk.
• Configure and maintain password rotation policies and privileged access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged identities across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, Application, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor CyberArk system health, logs, alerts, and audit reports.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical runbooks.
