Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–8 years in Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management.
• Hands-on CyberArk PAM administration experience.
• Strong understanding of privileged account management concepts and best practices.
• Experience onboarding accounts, platforms, and applications into CyberArk; Windows and Linux administration.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CyberArk Administrator to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and enhancement of the organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment, with a primary focus on the CyberArk platform. The role involves managing privileged accounts, securing sensitive credentials, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform
• Manage CyberArk components including Digital Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
• Onboard privileged accounts, applications, databases, network devices, and service accounts into CyberArk
• Configure and maintain password rotation policies and privileged access controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks
• Support onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged identities across enterprise environments
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, Application, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with security policies
• Monitor CyberArk system health, logs, alerts, and audit reports
• Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical runbooks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• 2-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Information Security
• Hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions
• Strong understanding of privileged account management concepts and best practices
• Experience onboarding accounts, platforms, and applications into CyberArk
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix administration
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication technologies
• Experience with password management, access controls, and security governance
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
