Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard accounts, rotate passwords, reconcile vaults; monitor PAM health.

Job description

The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations with a primary focus on CyberArk solutions. This role focuses on day-to-day CyberArk PAM administration, ensuring the security, availability, compliance, and operational stability of privileged access services across the organization. The position works closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to support privileged account management, access governance, and CyberArk platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role will focus on day-to-day CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration and operations, including:

• Management of privileged accounts and safes
• User and role administration
• Password management, rotation, and reconciliation
• Monitoring privileged sessions and overall platform health
• Troubleshooting and resolving routine PAM-related issues
• Supporting the stability, performance, and continuous operation of CyberArk services

CyberArk Administration & Operations

• Administer and support CyberArk PAM environments and core platform components.
• Configure and manage safes, privileged accounts, users, roles, and access policies.
• Perform account onboarding, password rotation, reconciliation, and vault administration activities.
• Monitor privileged sessions, CyberArk platform health, and operational alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk-related operational incidents and service requests.
• Support routine platform maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access management.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Information Security, Identity Management, or Cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Experience managing privileged accounts, safes, password rotation, and user access administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise PAM operations and service management processes.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and identity security concepts.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.

Work Schedule
