Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an IAM/PAM Engineer to join a 24/7 operations support team responsible for production support, incident resolution, monitoring and troubleshooting for enterprise IAM and PAM platforms. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to adapt to evening and weekend schedules aligned with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of IAM, IGA, and PAM concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes (incident, problem, change).
• Proficient in Java and BeanShell for troubleshooting and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and production support for IAM, PAM, and secrets management platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues to ensure platform stability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams on operational issues.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and privileged account administration.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management.
• Participate in rotational on-call support including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide timely incident updates.
