Job summary

Kroll Global Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled CyberArk Administrator to join the IAM team. You will administer and enhance the PAM environment, focusing on the CyberArk platform, managing privileged accounts, and ensuring audit compliance.

The role covers onboarding, password rotation policies, and collaboration with Infrastructure and Audit teams to maintain secure access controls across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–8 years in Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management.
• Hands-on CyberArk PAM administration experience.
• Strong understanding of privileged account management concepts and best practices.
• Experience onboarding accounts, platforms, and applications into CyberArk; Windows and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support CyberArk PAM platform.
• Manage PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA components.
• Onboard privileged accounts, apps, databases, and service accounts into CyberArk.
• Configure and maintain password rotation policies and access controls.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk issues, performance, and integrations.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
• Collaborate with Infra, Security, Audit teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor system health, logs, alerts, and audit reports.
• Create and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
