Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join its global Information Security function in Manila. The role focuses on proactive security capability development, vulnerability management, access control, and security platform engineering across cloud and on‑premises environments.

The candidate will coordinate with Red/Purple teams, conduct threat‑driven design reviews, and drive improvements in security tooling, processes, and incident response while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing vulnerability management, SIEM, PAM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP or CNAPP platforms.
• Proficiency with incident response processes for OS and network events.
• Strong knowledge of networking, AD and web applications.
• Ability to script or program in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Lead security platform engineering and projects.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Manage privileged access controls and tool effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed security in cloud designs and architectures.
• Support secure-by-design principles across projects and cloud environments.
