Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Junior Cyber Security Engineer/Analyst to support daily security operations, incident response, and IAM across on-premises and cloud environments in the Philippines. You will monitor alerts, assist investigations, and help implement security controls while collaborating with infra, network, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity operations or a related role.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting the design or implementation of security controls.
• Hands-on experience in incident detection, response, and basic forensic analysis.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence concepts, including indicators of compromise (IOCs).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts from monitoring and detection platforms.
• Support incident investigations with evidence collection and impact analysis.
• Escalate security events per procedures and SLAs.
• Assist containment, remediation, and recovery efforts.
• Apply threat intelligence to support investigations.
• Operate and maintain security tools across endpoint, identity, cloud, and network domains.
• Track incidents, service requests, and changes per processes and SLAs.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and control gaps.
