Job summary

MIMS is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Cloud Security Engineer in the Philippines to secure MPF’s Azure cloud environments, apps, and production services. This hands-on role covers cloud/app security, IAM, vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident response.

You will integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, review APIs and data protection controls, coordinate penetration testing, and promote secure coding practices within engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, CS, or IT.
• At least five years in cybersecurity, cloud/security/DevSecOps.
• At least three years hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, vulnerability management, app security.
• Experience with Cloudflare WAF, DNS, CDN, bot-management.
• Experience integrating security scanning into Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Secure Azure cloud environments and related services.
• Implement code, dependency, and secret scanning.
• Coordinate pen testing and remediation tracking.
• Promote secure coding and security-by-design practices.
• Monitor alerts and incident response processes.
• Manage security tools and licences.
