Job summary

Sleek Inc is hiring a Customer Success professional to manage Australia client renewals from the Philippines. The role focuses on achieving renewal targets, driving cash collection, and upselling within an expanding B2B SaaS ecosystem.

You will collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to ensure smooth renewals and high CSAT, all while maintaining strong English communication with Australian clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Renewals or Customer Success management roles.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with Australian-market clients.
• Experience managing a customer pipeline in a data-driven way: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Renew services across existing Australian clientele and drive cash collection through renewals, upsell, and upgrades.
• Maintain monthly renewal rate targets and CSAT scores across the Australian client base.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues end-to-end; collaborate with accounting, product, and data teams to support renewals.
• Manage the pipeline in a data-driven manner and prioritise proactive outreach to achieve monthly KPIs.
• Proactively share best practices with the wider Customer Success team and contribute to continuous improvement.
