Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations in the Philippines to serve as the first point of contact for order management requests received via calls, email, or fax. You will deliver exceptional support by handling orders, returns, discrepancies, and inquiries while ensuring Pharma policy compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Front-facing customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to navigate and toggle between screens and systems to research and resolve customer concerns.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex cases requiring research.
• Conduct research and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with DC, Logistics, Pricing, Collections, 3rd Party, Sales, Retail National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support designated sales-related activities, including goodwill credit submissions within approved limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional experience.
