Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to maintain key customer relationships, quote Presource packs, and support order fulfillment for operating rooms and hospitals in the Metro Manila region.

You will collaborate with sales reps and cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and accurate rebates, while applying strong problem solving and communication skills to handle diverse requests that arise from Government,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Can start in November.

Responsabilidades

• Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
• Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)
• Focus on best cost, high volume components.
• Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted
