Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Representative II for Customer Service Operations in Taguig. The role performs data gathering, data entry and review, communicates delays and resolutions, and supports process stabilization.

You will respond to inquiries from internal and external customers such as distribution centers and vendors, use internal dashboards to identify root causes, and document the resolution process while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a BPO setup.
• SHS graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.

Responsibilities

• Gather and send data for scorecards/reports using standard templates.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers (e.g., Distribution Centers and vendors) regarding case status and priorities.
• Identify and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Use dashboards and internal systems to identify causes of exception cases and conduct analyses.
• Document the resolution process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Planners) and externally facing Customer Service Representatives about customer issues.
• Maintain a detailed log of daily transactions and meet service levels.
