Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8 years in the semiconductor industry, including people management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities across functions.
• Creative, proactive and assertive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface between Sales, Marketing and PQE for customer requests.
• Define, monitor, and implement KPIs to identify gaps and drive actions.
• Provide accurate product information to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with wafer fabs, development, marketing and quality teams.
• Provide timely technical and product information to customers.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Create customer-specific documentation and forms as required.
• Coordinate the PCN process and monitor KPIs.
• Support PCN releases and communicate to stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvements in customer requests and processes.
• Drive operational excellence with cross-functional teamwork and customer satisfaction.
