Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 12 years in semiconductor assembly with Process or Quality Engineering for automotive-grade products.
• Strong English communication with global teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead task force initiatives on process and quality improvements.
• Ensure process robustness and risk mitigation across subcontractor operations.
• Manage change control processes with risk assessments and mitigation.
• Serve as the communication bridge between BU, customers and project teams.
• Support quality objectives and EFAR reduction efforts.
• Investigate EFAR and SQIN issues and implement corrective actions.
• Deploy BKMs across sites and support audits.
• Maintain strong onsite presence coordinating daily subcontractor operations.
