Job summary

Satellite Office, representing Australia’s largest used vehicle retailer, is seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments for the sales team and to retain customers by scheduling vehicle services. The role uses phone, email, SMS and other digital channels, with you serving as a go-to person for tougher calls and guiding newer teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in contact centre or sales-support roles.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to handle objections with a soft-sell approach.
• Experience using CRM systems and keeping records up to date.
• Comfort working across phone, email, SMS and other channels.
• Available for rotating schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries and follow up leads across phone, email, SMS and digital channels.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Make warm outbound calls to existing customers to promote and book vehicle services.
• Use a consultative, low-pressure approach to handle hesitations and objections.
• Take escalated calls and resolve them with ownership.
• Keep customer records and the database accurate and up to date.
• Coach and support new hires as they settle in.
• Work toward team targets while keeping every customer interaction positive.
