Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking a Senior Culture & Experience Specialist to independently lead culture, engagement and employee experience programs, translating strategic priorities into practical experiences for leaders and staff.

You will design, plan, and execute programs, develop toolkits, guides and communications, analyze feedback and metrics, and partner with HR, Global Communications and business leaders to drive workplace effectiveness in a hybrid environment at Bonifacio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in culture, engagement, or employee experience.
• Experience independently managing programs from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polished leadership materials.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture, engagement, and employee experience programs end-to-end.
• Translate strategies into practical programs, tools, resources, and communications.
• Manage cross-functional projects with timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop toolkits, guides, frameworks, presentations, and recommendations.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with HR, Global Communications, and business leaders.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions to move work forward.
