Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value Signature Success Plan customers achieve strong ROI with our platform. You will act as an extension of the customer's team and trusted advisor, guiding both business and technical outcomes.

You will build executive-level relationships, manage delivery of commitments, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering and Product to drive renewals and expansion while aligning value with customer priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to drive business value and influence C-level conversations.
• Experience with Salesforce products and delivering technical implementations & delivery.
• Ability to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences in business terms.
• Proven track record of managing executive-level stakeholder relationships in IT & business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables the customer is entitled to across the Signature lifecycle.
• Align business value and technical goals with customer priorities and projects.
• Build executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
• Identify and address both technical and business concerns; provide trusted advisory guidance.
