Job summary

ZALORA is seeking a hands-on CRM/Retention Marketing specialist to drive multichannel campaigns across Asia markets. You will own campaign planning, segmentation, and execution using MoEngage, Braze or similar, focusing on emails and push notifications to engage customers.

Collaborate with regional marketing, performance marketing, and commercial teams; translate insights into creative briefs and localized content (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in CRM/retention marketing, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or digital subscriptions.
• Proven track record running multichannel campaigns (email + push; SMS/WhatsApp is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels.
• Build targeting segments based on behavior and preferences.
• Coordinate campaign calendars with marketing, onsite, performance marketing, and commercial teams.
• Set up, QA, and launch campaigns in the CRM platform (MoEngage/Braze/Iterable or similar).
• Performance analysis and optimization of campaigns.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests; present key learnings to stakeholders.
