Job summary

OutForce Inc. is hiring a CRM Representative to deliver high-quality customer service for our Australian client.

This full-time, onsite role requires handling 25–30 emails daily and 30+ calls, managing onboarding, and coordinating with Operations to ensure accurate bookings and timely responses. You will work within a structured, performance-driven environment, using CRM tools like Wastedge and MS Office to maintain records, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or CRM role, ideally in logistics/waste management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organisation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Handle 25–30+ emails per day and 30+ calls per day.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed.
• Onboard new customers and maintain accurate system records.
• Perform daily operational duties and maintain the daily roster and driver notes.
• Support contracts, cancellations, and invoicing processes.
