Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant credit and collection experience.
• Experience in payment verification, reconciliation, and account monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant accounting systems.
• Organized, professional, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
• Able to manage sensitive financial information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor buyer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve reservation payment discrepancies.
• Verify payments and accurately identify, reconcile, and apply transactions to the correct accounts.
• Work with the Accounting team to ensure collections are properly documented and recorded.
• Process Official Receipts, Collection Receipts, and Sales Invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond professionally to buyer inquiries regarding payments and account status.
• Maintain complete records of collection activities and client communications.
• Escalate unresolved accounts and payment concerns for appropriate action.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for receipts and related financial documents.
