Job summary

Essor is seeking a highly autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to build and own our creator network end-to-end across ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green. You will source creators, negotiate partnerships, manage affiliate programs, and turn creator content into a scalable growth engine for Amazon US, DTC, and social channels.

You will own strategy, pipeline, partnerships, and day-to-day execution, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

3–5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators.
Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations.
Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook as creator ecosystems.
Ability to manage multiple brand voices and creator networks.

Responsibilities

Source and build creator network for Consumables brands ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green.
Negotiate partnerships, manage affiliate and gifting programs, and track performance.
Develop creator briefs, manage content-to-storefront pipeline, and maintain usage rights.
Monitor monthly budget and coordinate with brand managers and performance teams.
