Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our influencer operations across a growing client portfolio. You will oversee creator sourcing, partnerships, and campaign execution, working closely with Growth, Creative, Client Services, and Operations to deliver exceptional results.

This strategic leadership role focuses on building scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and driving measurable outcomes through creator marketing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing influencer marketing teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
• Strong understanding of creator partnerships, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing.
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media, Creative, and Client Success teams.
• Demonstrated success building scalable operational processes and improving team efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Advantage HQ's influencer marketing strategy across clients.
• Grow and manage a global creator network and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from briefing to completion.
• Improve operational processes with automation and AI tools.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team.
• Track KPI performance and present insights to leadership.
