Job summary

Nouvel Age Media is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Talent Manager to build our creator representation and brand partnerships division from the ground up. You’ll recruit top creators, pitch brands, and turn collaborations into revenue, partnering across talent and brands to create scalable opportunities.

You’ll own end-to-end deals, negotiate terms, manage ongoing relationships, and drive monthly revenue growth while helping scale the program to 20+ active creators in a remote, globally focused

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, sponsorship sales, or related field.
Proven ability to originate and close paid creator or sponsorship partnerships.
Experience working with creators, brands, and partnership decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard creators with strong commercial potential.
Build relationships with brands seeking creator talent and generate paid opportunities.
Conduct targeted outreach and build a pipeline of brand deals.
Help creators strengthen their commercial positioning with media kits and rate cards.
Negotiate terms including rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
Manage relationships across creators and brand partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
