Job summary

Essor seeks a highly autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to build and own creator partnerships end-to-end for ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green. You will source, negotiate, manage affiliate programs, and turn creator content into scalable revenue across brands.

You will own sourcing, outreach, contracts, and performance tracking, while collaborating with brand managers and performance teams to optimize impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
• Experience with creator discovery platforms (Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar).
• Proven track record closing barter & gifting collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator pipeline across all Consumable brands and prospect creators.
• Manage affiliate program end-to-end: onboarding, links, tracking, optimization.
• Write creator briefs and coordinate sample-to-content pipeline with usage rights tracking.
