Job summary

Tidal is hiring a Head of Partnerships & Creator Program to own the creator, influencer, and product seeding program end-to-end. You will manage partner outreach, negotiations, content expectations, and performance tracking, reporting directly to the Founder/CMO for a fast-growing DTC brand.

This remote, full-time contractor role requires building scalable processes, strong creator relationships, and driving affiliate and content performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related roles in ecommerce, DTC, wellness, beauty, or CPG brands.
• Proven track record building and managing creator programs from sourcing to execution, reporting, and relationship mgmt.
• Strong understanding of product seeding, gifting, affiliate partnerships, paid creator collaborations, content usage rights, and creator economics.
• Experience negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and contracts with creators/managers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to manage programs independently in a lean remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the creator, influencer, and product seeding strategy across organic, affiliate, gifting, and paid partnerships.
• Source, evaluate, recruit, and manage relationships with creators aligned to the brand and goals.
• Oversee creator outreach, negotiations, agreements, product selection, shipping, content expectations, usage rights, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Develop a scalable creator pipeline and nurture long-term relationships with top creators.
• Track activity, seeding, content delivery, affiliate performance, engagement, conversions, and program metrics.
• Identify creator content for repurposing across paid ads, landing pages, social, and email.
• Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and leadership to align briefs and campaigns.
• Build systems, reporting, processes, and documentation for growth with minimal oversight.
• Set and hit performance-driven KPIs with minimal direction.
