• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and active CPA license.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong Philippine Controllership, PFRS or IFRS, audit, tax, SEC, and BIR background.
• Direct experience supporting a PEZA-registered enterprise.
• Experience in a multinational, shared-services, IT services, or PEZA locator environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical judgment, and team-development skills.
• Strong collaborative and cross functional interaction

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned CPA with strong Finance and Controllership experience, including hands-on knowledge of Philippine PEZA regulations and compliance. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in financial close and reporting, balance sheet governance, internal controls, statutory audit, tax and regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Practical PEZA exposure should include registration and reporting requirements, fiscal incentives, VAT zero-rating, ITH or SCIT monitoring, local sales, importation or asset controls, PEZA audits, and coordination with PEZA and other government agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and active CPA license
• At least 7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience
• Strong Philippine Controllership, PFRS or IFRS, audit, tax, SEC, and BIR background
• Direct experience supporting a PEZA-registered enterprise
