Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Corporate Solutions Sales Officer to drive higher sales results across corporate and wholesaler channels from the Metro Manila area. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate sales, wholesaler, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)

Responsibilities

• Deliver higher APE, case count, and productivity targets compared to Level 5 roles.
• Lead, plan, and execute Corporate Solutions and wholesaler campaigns end-to-end.
• Handle and grow assigned key strategic corporate and wholesaler accounts.
• Shadow, coach, and develop Level 5 Corporate Sales Officers to improve execution and conversion.
• Drive strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and improve turnaround times.
• Develop FSAs through structured training, coaching, and joint field work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated corporate solutions.
