Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support financial analysis, strategic planning, and M&A evaluation. You will collaborate with senior management on SaaS metrics, business reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating ARR dashboards, managing HubSpot/CRM data, and delivering CEO-ready management reports. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, plus experience with AI-assisted analysis, are highly valued.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, M&A, or related analytical roles.
Finance or accounting background preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, renewals, expansion) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with BI/data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Support Corporate Development Head in reporting, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives including M&A.
Own ARR and SaaS metrics reporting, including movement, bookings, renewals, churn, and expansion.
Manage HubSpot/CRM data extracts; translate data into CEO-ready management reports.
Develop regular dashboards for sales, pipeline, forecast, and ARR; identify trends and risks.
Support revenue reporting, including revenue schedules, variance analysis, and basic reporting.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and other financial reporting.
Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partners with financial modelling.
Use AI tools and prompting to automate data analysis and recurring workflows.
