Azeus Group is seeking a CRM Data Coordinator to research, build, and maintain strategic contact lists within HubSpot. The role focuses on high-quality data management to support sales and marketing campaigns and ensure CRM health.

You will input, verify, and organize contact information, aligning with GDPR and company policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Fresh graduates with data background welcome.
• Willing to work in UK time zone.
• Strong data entry, management and research skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR and UK/EU data rules.
• Proficient in using digital research tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted contact lists with Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define list criteria.
• Research organisations and contacts by sector, geography, job role.
• Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance in HubSpot.
• Input and update contact data, maintain cleanliness and segmentation.
• Regularly audit existing data for relevance and accuracy.
• Identify data gaps and source updates through research.
• Document data collection and quality processes.
• Support reporting by structuring CRM data for analysis.
