Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a CRM Data Coordinator to research, build, and maintain strategic contact lists that support sales and marketing campaigns. This role ensures high-quality data management within HubSpot, contributing directly to outreach effectiveness and the CRM's health.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define list-building criteria, conduct in-depth research, input and update contact data in HubSpot, and document procedures for data collection and quality

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience with data entry, data quality checks.
• Strong data entry and research skills with attention to detail.
• Familiar with GDPR and data protection regulations (UK/EU).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted contact lists to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align list-building goals.
• Research organisations and contacts based on sector, geography, and roles.
• Input, update, and maintain HubSpot data ensuring cleanliness and segmentation.
• Audit data and source updates to close data gaps.
• Document procedures for data collection, input, and quality control.
• Support reporting by structuring CRM data for extraction and campaign tracking.
