Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Corporate Actions professional for its Back-office Operations in India. The role focuses on end-to-end processing of corporate actions, client communications, and reconciliation to ensure accurate payouts and regulatory compliance.

You will handle client elections with custodians, monitor deadlines, and support the corporate actions lifecycle in a busy, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investment banking operations including basic knowledge of Income and mandatory corporate actions with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to work independently and maintain positive team relations.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Good understanding of corporate actions process.
• Willingness to work across shifts (9 AM–11 PM).

Responsibilities

• Understand corporate actions events (voluntary and mandatory) and terms.
• Notify clients regarding corporate events within SLA.
• Process CA events within SLA.
• Proxy voting knowledge is a plus.
• Receive and submit elections from clients to custodians within deadlines.
