Job summary

Accenture Inc. is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to support the Corporate Actions function for Global Markets. You will ensure accurate processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, safeguard client assets, and minimize assets at risk while supporting risk and control objectives.

You will process events across key dates, reconcile entitlements and payments, and monitor daily breaks. You will liaise with Front/Middle Office, custodians, and counterparties, and participate in UAT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holders in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Proven experience handling mandatory and voluntary corporate action events in trading or investment banking ops.
• Hands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate actions processing, including entitlement calculation and event lifecycle management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with Front Office, Middle Office, custodians, and counterparties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet trade/settlement deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating breaks and complex event scenarios.
• Collaborative team player with ownership and enthusiasm for fast-paced trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across key market dates.
• Reconcile corporate action events to ensure timely client entitlement and payments.
• Monitor and resolve daily breaks and fails related to corporate actions and custody operations.
• Act as SME for corporate actions processes, market practices, and asset servicing workflows.
• Support requirements of high-demand Prime Brokerage and institutional clients.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Oversight, custodians and counterparties.
• Review system exception queues to ensure corporate action items are reviewed, actioned, and cleared daily.
• Support ad-hoc requirements including updating procedure documents, participating in UAT and system enhancements, and audits.
