Job summary

ISC Consolsys Corporation seeks a General Manager – Country Technical & Core Banking Lead in the Philippines to drive Core Banking strategy, architecture, and implementation oversight. You will act as the senior technical authority for major engagements and lead the Core Banking capability across the country.

The role requires a highly experienced Core Banking professional with expertise in architecture, systems integration, data migration, and technical delivery, reporting to the CTO.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Technology.
• Proven track record leading Core Banking implementations in banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking architecture, banking operations, system integration, data migration, interfaces, and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, customer engagement, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for Core Banking solutions and related banking technologies.
• Act as the technical authority for Core Banking architecture, functionality, integration, and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on Core Banking platforms, banking processes, technical solutions, and implementation approaches.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, architecture principles, and implementation best practices.
• Lead technical oversight for Core Banking implementations and major customer engagements.
• Review and direct solution architecture, designs, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment approaches.
• Ensure solutions align with customer requirements, product capabilities, and implementation standards.
• Resolve complex technical and implementation issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development, QA, and customer teams for successful implementations.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders on Core Banking matters.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and technical discussions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
