Job summary

LG CNS is seeking an experienced Integration SME to lead end-to-end core banking integration design for a major transformation program in the Philippines, working with platform vendors and product SMEs to validate and finalize the To-Be architecture.

The candidate will own integration artifacts, coordinate cross-domain testing, and support cutover planning and hypercare across Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Markets domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with hands-on integration design in core banking transformations.
• Experience integrating core banking with Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Treasury/Markets systems (e.g., Murex).
• Proficiency with middleware/integration layers such as ESB, API Gateway, or iPaaS platforms.
• Experience mapping and transforming data across multiple domains.
• Security and compliance knowledge for banking/payment integrations (OAuth2, SSL, regulatory).
• Proven ability to drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for cross-domain integration architecture during requirements, design, build, testing, and cutover.
• Engage with product vendors and SMEs to align on integration touchpoints and drive To-Be design decisions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, interface teams, and vendors to finalize integration requirements.
• Prepare Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and integration architecture artifacts for sign-off.
• Coordinate SIT/end-to-end testing across domains and triage defects with vendors and delivery teams.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare across all domains through go-live.
• Manage stakeholders and escalate cross-domain risks as needed.
