Job summary

ACBS SME with hands-on core banking transformation experience is needed to lead the commercial lending product stream (ACBS) for a multinational client in the Philippines. You will own requirement analysis, To-Be design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment, and work with product vendors to validate and finalize system design.

This is a hybrid BGC-based role requiring strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery. Day shift, based in BGC with hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ACBS implementation in core banking transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lending requirements and support solution design for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment on ACBS.
• Lead and participate in interface design between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems including GL posting and reconciliation.
• Act as SME for the product/module during requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, and cutover phases of the core banking implementation.
• Engage with product vendors to clarify capabilities, configuration options, gaps, and constraints, driving decisions on To-Be design.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, interface teams, Solution Architecture, and platform vendors to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare and own Interface Specification Documents and drive review sign-off with upstream and downstream teams.
• Support solution design for integrating the platform with upstream and downstream apps via MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, triage defects, and drive resolution with vendor and delivery teams.
• Support data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation activities relevant to the module.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare activities through go-live.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams, and elevate risks/issues proactively.
