Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks a Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist to shape high-performing marketing campaigns for a leading U.S.-based DTC fashion ecommerce brand. You will craft persuasive copy across landing pages, emails, PDPs, and paid channels, guiding messaging strategy with data-driven insights and AI-assisted workflows.

Join a collaborative Creative and Marketing team, mentor junior writers, and influence brand voice while driving performance in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for ecommerce marketing channels (landing pages, emails, PDPs, social, Meta ads).
• Ability to develop audience-specific messaging strategies driving acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and ability to leverage AI tools while owning strategy and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, Meta paid ads, PDPs, social media, and other ecommerce marketing channels.
• Developing audience-specific messaging strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Using performance data and A/B testing insights to optimize copy and improve marketing results.
• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and content iteration while maintaining ownership of strategy, brand voice, and final quality.
• Partnering with Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Maintaining and evolving the company’s brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Reviewing, editing, and mentoring on copy produced by others to ensure quality and consistency.
• Managing multiple content projects, meeting deadlines, and keeping documentation and trackers organized.
• Researching fashion trends, customer behavior, and market insights to inform messaging and campaign strategies.
• Supporting content standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of content and AI workflows.
