Job summary

KMC Solutions invites you to join as Senior Website Content Coordinator (CRO-focused). You will build, optimize, and QA landing pages for a US-based ecommerce brand, collaborating with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and eCommerce teams.

You will use CMS, conduct A/B tests, analyze GA4 data, and apply UX and SEO best practices to improve conversions, with hands-on ownership from brief to launch.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing landing pages using CMS
• Strong sense of UX, accessibility, and conversion best practices
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams is a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain campaign landing pages using CMS and visual/drag-and-drop tools
• Translate briefs into conversion-focused digital experiences
• Ensure mobile usability and content hierarchy
• Execute website updates for launches and promotions
• Lead website assignments from brief to launch and review
• Apply ecommerce, UX, accessibility, and conversion best practices
• Conduct thorough QA across desktop and mobile, including links and forms
• Use GA4 to evaluate performance and propose improvements
• Build and support A/B tests and learnings for future experiences
• Use customer insights to identify opportunities
• Maintain on-page SEO elements
• Identify issues and opportunities before they impact users
• Collaborate with US teams to deliver accurate experiences
• Use AI tools to support research and content development
