Job summary

A freelance UX Copywriter & Content Strategist is sought to create clear, user-focused copy across our digital marketplace platform. You will write onboarding, navigation, booking, payments, messaging, profiles, schedules, and other key journeys.

Collaborate with designers and founders to review product screens and simplify user communication. Ideal candidates have UX writing or content design experience, understand consumer-facing products, and can transform complex information into actionable

Qualifications

Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or digital service platforms.
Ability to simplify complex information into clear copy.
Experience structuring content for schedules, pricing, filters, and transactional flows.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Portfolio showing UX writing or content design work.

Responsibilities

Write UX microcopy for onboarding, navigation, forms, booking, payments, messaging, and profiles.
Create clear content for service discovery, categories, filters, schedules, pricing, and availability.
Develop copy for booking flows, trial sessions, group classes, and attendance tracking.
Write trust and safety messaging around verification, payments, receipts, and invoices.
Create push notifications, booking confirmations, reminders, and chat prompts.
Develop tone of voice guidelines for different user groups.
Review screens with designers to improve user communication.
Identify confusing journeys and propose clearer content solutions.
