AMS in Manila is seeking a Principal Coordinator - Early Careers and Campus to lead and evolve our early career and campus recruitment efforts. You will partner with universities, manage internship and graduate programs, and work with HR and business teams to continuously improve programs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship building with academic partners, and delivering high-quality campus opportunities within a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for early career programs and campus recruitment.
• Provide leadership and guidance on early career and campus recruitment to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on early career trends and best practices.
• Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement innovative early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs.
• Collaborate with academic institutions to develop and deliver high-quality campus recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure that all programs are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Campus Recruitment: Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, including universities, colleges, and vocational schools.
• Coordinate campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
• Create and maintain channels for students to engage with the organization and learn about career opportunities.
• Employee Engagement and Support: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for early career talent.
• Provide coaching and support to early career employees on their career journeys.
• Create and maintain channels for early career employees to provide feedback on programs and initiatives.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, emerging skills, and early career expectations.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of early career programs and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Use insights from research and data analysis to refine and improve strategies
