Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a CPA with 5–7 years in general accounting, controlling and financial reporting to join our Global EF Controlling team in Manila. You will own assigned reporting areas, analyze variances, and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes automation, process standardisation, and collaboration with Global EF Controllers; experience with Oracle or SAP and strong Excel skills are preferred. Hybrid/ international exposure offered.

Qualifications

• CPA with 5–7 years in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environment is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly review of Enabling Function costs and reporting accuracy.
• Review accruals, reclassifications, and salary variances with actionable insights.
• Coordinate plan and forecast reporting for EF areas and provide commentary.
• Lead process improvement and global standardisation across EF Controlling.
