Job summary

FDC Utilities Inc. seeks a Senior Manager - Contracts, Insurance, ROW & Risk Management (Chinese Speaking) to lead commercial contract administration, cost control, risk and insurance for energy projects.

The role is based in Makati on-site, with strong negotiations and cross-functional coordination with legal and technical teams. The candidate should have 10–15 years in construction or contract management, overseas experience, and possibly Chinese language skills to liaise with Chinese

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Management; master's units advantageous.
10–15 years in Construction/Contractor, Contract Management or Project Management.
Overseas work experience in commercial, contract and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-contract activities including tender reviews and bid logistics.
Manage document control and ensure proper formatting of contract docs for sign-off.
Oversee contract lifecycle from NTP to FCAC, with milestones, warranties and guarantees.
Coordinate with legal teams and internal stakeholders to finalize terms and conditions.
Monitor payments, Change Orders, and cost controls; establish budget monitoring and reporting.
Provide ROW and permitting support for power/solar/hydro projects and assist business development.
