Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Management required.
• 10–15 years of construction/contract management experience.
• Experience with both contractor and owner teams.
• May have basic Chinese language speaking ability for discussions with Chinese contractors/suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Commercial, Contract Administration, Cost Control, Risk, and Insurance.
• Review tender packages for completeness and correct order; monitor tender process.
• Advise on contract types (EPC, Supply Contract, Agreements) and coordinate with legal teams.
• Finalize outgoing letters and notices; ensure documents are legally compliant and properly formatted.
• Establish payment tracking, milestones, and budget monitoring with monthly reporting.
• Set up and maintain risk registers; conduct monthly risk reviews with project teams.
• Oversee insurance, bonds, and securities in line with contract provisions.
• Support ROW and permitting efforts, coordinating with Business Development for projects.
