Job summary

FDC Utilities Inc. in Makati is seeking a Senior Commercial/Contract Manager to lead and manage all commercial, contract administration, cost control, risk and insurance aspects of projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliant, timely, and value-driven contract execution. The role requires 10–15 years in construction or contract management, experience with both contractors and owner teams, and ability to engage with Chinese contractors if needed.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Construction/Contractor, Contract Management or Project Management.
• Experience with both Contractor and Owners Team.
• Overseas work experience in Commercial/Contract and Cost Control.

Responsibilities

• Pre Contracts Management: review tenders, advise on contract types, lead negotiations.
• Document Management: setup tracking tools, ensure proper storage of contract documents.
• Contract Management: finalize letters, ensure compliance, manage change orders and lifecycle from NTP to FCAC.
• Cost Management: track payments, set up budget monitoring and reporting.
• Risk Management: set up and maintain Project Risk Register, monthly reviews.
• Insurance & Bonds: maintain insurances, bonds and securities.
• ROW & Business Development Support: assist ROW and permitting activities with Owner.
