Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in Manila, Philippines, to lead the Asia Pacific finance team. This role involves contractual negotiations, risk management, and financial compliance to ensure success in projects across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least 8-10 years of experience in a commercial contract management role within the energy sector. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are necessary for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project cash flows, milestone management, and T&C application.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Asia Pacific Commercial Finance Team at project and operational level.
• Support sales and engineering teams during tender negotiations.
• Manage forex currency risks during tender and offer stage.
